Thank you for shopping with SIVA by Anika. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your jewellery reaches you:

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details.

Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Interior areas: 7–10 business days

Please note, delays may occur during festive seasons, sales, or due to courier partner issues — but we always keep you posted.

Shipping Within India

  • We currently ship PAN-India via trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, or Xpressbees.

  • Shipping is FREE for all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied.

COD Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes, subject to courier partner support.

  • COD orders may take slightly longer to dispatch as they go through an additional verification step.

Every SIVA by Anika order is packed with love and care in our signature packaging — designed to keep your jewellery safe, elegant, and ready to gift.

Shipping Issues or Delays?

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our shipping partners. While we don’t have control over external delays, we are always here to assist you.

Important Notes:

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

  • In case a package is returned due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
