Our Policy Explained in Detail:

1. No Returns or Exchanges:

  • Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

  • We request you to kindly review all product details, dimensions, and images before placing the order.

  • As a small business, every piece is packed and sent with utmost care. Reverse logistics can risk product damage, which we strictly avoid to maintain quality standards.

2. No Refunds:

  • We do not issue refunds for any orders once successfully placed.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal dislike post delivery

    • Minor color differences (due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution)

    • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners (once shipped from our end)

What If My Product Is Damaged or Incorrect?

While we strive for perfection, in rare cases where:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You have received a wrong product

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with:

  • An unboxing video (mandatory, from opening the sealed package)

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Please Note:

  • All our pieces are handcrafted and may carry minor imperfections — these are not considered defects but rather a hallmark of artisanal beauty.

  • Oxidised and antique finish jewellery is intentionally designed to look vintage and may naturally vary in shade or texture.

  • Earrings and other intimate-wear jewellery are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Return shipping is not supported under any circumstances.
